1. Delivery Timeline

• Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days from the confirmation date.
• Delays may occur during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Same Day/Next Day Delivery option available at checkout for express shipping 

If you place your order before 1 PM, you will receive it same day except for Fridays and Holidays

If you place it after 1 PM, you will receive it next day from 6 PM till 11 PM except for Fridays and Holidays

2. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

• You must accept or refuse the entire order upon delivery.
  • Partial acceptance is not allowed.
  • If you do not accept the full order, the courier will return the entire shipment.

3. Package Inspection Before Payment

• You are allowed to open and inspect your package in the presence of the courier before making payment.
  

4. Courier Contact Attempts

• Our shipping partner will attempt to contact you twice to complete the delivery.
• If you are unreachable after two attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable and returned.
• Please ensure your contact details are accurate and that you are available to avoid missed deliveries.

Return Policy at TINA Jewellery

We accept returns in a form of credit note to be used in our store valid for 12 months. However, for hygiene proposes. Earrings that are not a clip Ons can’t be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in the product

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns should be within 48 hours from date received.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, remove it before swimming, showering, or engaging in activities where it might come into contact with water.

Some of our products are waterproof which are ok to use in water but consider that this affects its finish on the long term.

Its best to store TINA Jewlery items in pouches or a jewelry box with compartments to prevent scratching and air exposure, it helps keeping it shiny for longer times

While stainless steel is durable, it's best to avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals like perfumes
