Thank you for shopping with Tina Jewellery. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days from the confirmation date.

  • Delays may occur during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Same Day/Next Day Delivery option available at checkout for express shipping 

If you place your order before 1 PM, you will receive it same day except for Fridays and Holidays

If you place it after 1 PM, you will receive it next day from 6 PM till 11 PM except for Fridays and Holidays

2. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • You must accept or refuse the entire order upon delivery.

    • Partial acceptance is not allowed.

    • If you do not accept the full order, the courier will return the entire shipment.

3. Package Inspection Before Payment

  • You are allowed to open and inspect your package in the presence of the courier before making payment 

  • Open packages are not allowed in fast delivery/Express Shipping

4. Courier Contact Attempts

  • Our shipping partner will attempt to contact you max of 3 times to complete the delivery.

  • If you are unreachable after two attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable and returned.

  • Please ensure your contact details are accurate and that you are available to avoid missed deliveries.
