By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from Tina Jewellery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Exchange Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
1. ABOUT TINA JEWELLERY
Tina Jewellery is a fashion jewellery and accessories brand offering statement jewellery and accessories, including earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, chokers, brooches, anklets, body jewellery, toe rings, ear cuffs and other accessories.
Tina Jewellery reserves the right to update product collections, designs, materials, prices, availability and product specifications at any time.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- The information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
- You will use our website only for lawful purposes.
If you are placing an order on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authorization to provide their information and place the order.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Screen and device settings;
- Lighting and photography;
- The handmade or individually finished nature of certain products;
- Natural variations in materials;
- Minor differences between individual pieces.
Such variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
Where applicable, the materials used in each product will be stated on the relevant product page.
Customers should review the product description and care instructions before purchasing.
4. PRICES
All prices displayed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed by Tina Jewellery.
Promotional offers, discounts and special prices may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified at the time of the promotion.
5. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another communication method provided by you.
An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that the order can be fulfilled.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including:
- The product being unavailable;
- An obvious pricing or product description error;
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
- Inability to verify the information provided;
- Delivery restrictions;
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will arrange the applicable refund using the relevant payment method, subject to the terms of our Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
6. PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
For online payments, your payment information is processed through the applicable payment service provider. Tina Jewellery does not intentionally store your complete payment card details.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the delivery representative upon receipt of the order.
Tina Jewellery reserves the right to contact customers to verify Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are delivered using third-party delivery and shipping providers.
Estimated delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping provider, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Tina Jewellery's control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including name, telephone number, address and any relevant delivery instructions.
If incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer causes a delivery failure or additional delivery attempt, additional delivery charges may apply.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.
8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our return and exchange procedures are set out in our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Our commercial exchange/return procedures may include specific time limits, product-condition requirements and applicable delivery charges.
Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature, condition, hygiene considerations, customization, or applicable law.
Nothing in our policies is intended to limit any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Egyptian law.
For defective products, customers should contact Tina Jewellery as soon as possible after discovering the issue so that we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with our warranty, applicable law and our Refund & Exchange Policy.
9. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, Tina Jewellery provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper use
- Scratches or physical damage;
- Exposure to chemicals, perfumes or cosmetics
- Failure to follow product care instructions
- Damage caused by water or moisture where the product is not specifically described as water-resistant
- Alterations, repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Tina Jewellery.
The warranty does not guarantee that jewellery will remain in its original condition indefinitely. Fashion jewellery may naturally show signs of wear depending on frequency of use, storage and exposure to external factors.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details and photographs of the product.
10. JEWELLERY CARE
To maintain the appearance and condition of your jewellery, we recommend following the care instructions provided with your order and/or on our website.
Unless a product is specifically described otherwise, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to:
- Perfume;
- Lotions and creams;
- Makeup;
- Cleaning chemicals;
- Chlorine;
- Salt water;
- Excessive moisture.
Product performance and longevity can vary depending on individual use and care.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the Tina Jewellery website, including but not limited to:
- Logos;
- Brand names;
- Product photographs
- Product designs

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit or use our content or intellectual property without our prior written permission.
12. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use the website to conduct fraudulent transactions;
- Copy or misuse our content, designs or intellectual property
- Introduce malicious software, viruses or harmful code.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use third-party services, including payment processors, shipping companies, analytics providers, advertising platforms and other service providers.
These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Tina Jewellery is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies or technical failures of third-party service providers, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
14. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available and operating correctly.
However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for maintenance, updates, technical reasons or other operational requirements.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tina Jewellery shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Tina Jewellery shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, internet or technical failures, epidemics, war or other extraordinary circumstances.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services, website or applicable legal requirements.
The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your purchase from Tina Jewellery shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
By using the Tina Jewellery website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them, subject to your rights under applicable law.
One thing I would change before you publish it
I would not put your 2-day exchange/return rule directly into these Terms. Instead, I'd create a separate, very clear “Refund & Exchange Policy” that explains:
- 2-day exchange policy
- Which items can/cannot be exchanged
- Condition/tag/packaging requirements
- Who pays delivery for an exchange
- Damaged-on-delivery procedure
- Defective-product procedure
- Your 1-year warranty
- Refund method
- What happens with COD orders
- Sale/final-sale items
- How customers request an exchange
That gives Tina Jewellery much more flexibility while keeping the legal Terms clean. Also, because the Egyptian CPA expressly addresses jewelry as an exception to the ordinary 14-day return rule and separately addresses defective goods, the final policy should be reviewed against your exact legal/business setup before publication.
