Warranty
All Tina Jewellery pieces are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty stones or closures
• Plating issues under normal use
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, water, chemicals or perfume
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper storage or handling
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges within 24 hours/ one day from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
• Item must be unused, unworn and in original packaging
• All tags and protective materials must be intact.
Refund Policy
All types of jewellery are final sale "non-refundable", we allow order inspection before courier leaves, so please make sure to inspect the item before final purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the rare case your order arrives damaged due to shipping, Tina Jewellery will:
• Replace the item at no additional cost
• Provide appropriate compensation if replacement is not available
Customers must report shipping damage within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos.
